Bridgette Walshe

Bridgette Walshe

Executive Director

Bridgette joined Edgemere with over 15 years in senior living, four of which were previously at Edgemere. Her experience encompasses serving in many leadership roles, including Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, Nursing home Administrator, Director of Admissions, and Memory Support Manager.

Currently, Bridgette holds nursing home administrator licenses (Texas and Tennessee), preceptor licenses (Texas and Tennessee), an assisted living manager certification, and a position on the LeadingAge Illinois Cabinet for CCRCs. Previously, she served on the Nursing Facility Administrators Advisory Committee through the Texas Department of Aging and Disability, and she has served on numerous planning committees for the National Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walks. When not at Edgemere, Bridgette enjoys spending time at home with her husband and their two young boys.

Martha Holloway

Martha Holloway

Director of Sales

Martha brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience to Edgemere, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Her background in sales and real estate led her to the senior living industry, and she hasn’t looked back since. Throughout the years, she’s assumed various roles such as marketing representative, clinical liaison, apartment manager and admissions director.

Ann Joyce

Ann Joyce

Director of Operations

Ann brings a wealth of service and management experience to the Edgemere team. After spending three decades working at 4- and 5-star hotels, it’s clear she has a knack for hospitality and an aptitude for excellence. Ann volunteers for the Dallas Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure and other local organizations.

Victor Jaime

Victor Jaime

Executive Chef

Victor brings comprehensive knowledge of international flavors and an innovative approach to help set the stage for a customized dining experience that takes Edgemere to the next level of service and cuisine. Prior to joining Edgemere, Victor served as executive chef for the Magnolia Hotel in Dallas. He has more than 22 years of experience in developing progressive and inventive selections for the menus of five-star hotels, as well as for resorts and restaurants in the United States, Mexico and France.

Elizabeth White

Elizabeth White

Director of Nursing

Elizabeth brings 24 years of RN experience to Edgemere. After graduating from Angelo State University School of Nursing she went on to work in long term care. Elizabeth brings a wealth of experience after serving as a Director of Nurses for 20 years. She has a passion for building relationships with residents and other nurses at communities.

Mona De La Torre

Human Resources Director

Mona has worked in Human Resources for over 30 years in corporate finance, energy, health care, long term care, and most recently has spent 7 years in the CCRC environment. Mona has extensive experience in full-cycle Human Resources: recruiting, on-boarding, employee relations, benefits and payroll. Prior to joining the Edgemere team, Mona worked at various senior living communities and health systems giving her extensive expertise and background in the industry.
